This role suits someone who enjoys structure, coordination and smooth operations. You’ll support client activities, events, reporting and content workflows — helping our team deliver value consistently.
What you’ll focus on
Client & Event Operations
- Plan and coordinate client events and webinars, including registrations, attendance-driving tactics and post-event follow-up.
- Schedule and confirm client meetings; manage calendars and capture outcomes in the CRM.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (activity logs, contact fields, attribution) and ensure data quality.
- Build and maintain relationships with key client personal, users, marketing teams and implementation teams.
Content, Communication & Portals
- Build and maintain client portal(s); manage resource uploads, content versioning and access.
- Work with Marketing to create and send client emails; manage lists, scheduling and deliverability checks.
- Create and publish Client Impact and Growth content for LinkedIn and Instagram using approved templates; monitor performance and respond to inbound messages within SLA.
- Tag all campaign and social links with UTMs and maintain attribution rules for consistent measurement.
Reporting & Operational Excellence
- Track and analyse key Client Impact and Growth metrics; prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights.
- Maintain operational documentation and runbooks; suggest or implement automations to reduce manual work.
- Ensure all client-facing communications and portal content follow brand, legal and privacy requirements.

Education & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in a STEM-aligned field or related discipline.
- 1–3 years’ experience in admin, coordination, operations or similar.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel locally when required.
