These third parties have access to your personal data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are not obligated to disclose or use the data for any other reason.  Service Providers may store data on servers located outside South Africa and these third parties all comply with local Personal Information privacy regulations consistent with POPIA.

Purchase of Software Licenses.

When you enquire about products that we sell, or purchase software license(s) from our suppliers either directly or through the organisation where you work, we may disclose your details, plus those of the Licensed Administrator and End-User to those software suppliers in accordance with the Software License Agreement and other Agreements we have with those suppliers. Currently we may disclose this information to the following suppliers:

• MathWorks Limited, located at Citypoint, 13-27 Prospect Hill, Galway, H91 P9KP, Ireland, a wholly owned subsidiary of MathWorks, Inc., incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA.

• Azul Limited, 85 Moffett Park Dr., Suite 115, Sunnyvale, CA 94089, USA.The suppliers listed above are bound by the relevant Data protection provisions.

Cookies.

Opti-Num Solutions automatically collects information and data through the use of "cookies".  "Cookies" are small text files a website can use to recognise repeat users, facilitate the user's ongoing access to and use of the website and allow a website to track usage behaviour and compile aggregate data that will allow content improvements and targeted advertising. You may refuse to store cookies on a browser by browser basis but that this may impact the relevance of information provided to them.

Security

The personally identifiable information we collect about you is stored in limited access servers. We maintain safeguards to protect the security, integrity, and privacy of these servers and of your personally identifiable information.
